SITUATION
A land developer needed to create a brand, build awareness, and drive leasing sales for a new student housing project.
SOLUTION
We developed and managed college campus intercept studies and focus groups, researched industry trends and property names, and provided a competitive analysis to clearly define our direction. We then designed an integrated marketing plan and budget featuring brand development of multi-mediums, media planning and placement, sales promotions and public relations.
RESULT
We launched an eye-catching brand with a consistent image and message. Sales promotions generated leasing activity and built a database for future sales efforts. The new development was 50% leased before opening its doors.
