SITUATION

Legacy Property Group, the developer and management company responsible for creating Luckie Marietta District – Atlanta’s newest downtown entertainment and shopping district – need marketing support to drive retailer and restaurant leasing.

SOLUTION

We built the Luckie Marietta District brand through a direct mail campaign to retailers and restaurateurs. In addition, we placed attractive district banners and other environmental property signage, created a website, plus began to create buzz on the street with public relations efforts.

RESULT

The property is currently in development with a half dozen retailers and restaurants open or opening soon. Significant new leases like Legal Sea Foods, Starbucks, and Peasant Bistro have been completed with active negotiations of many new retailers and restaurateurs.
