Carpenter & Company Marketing has decades of experience successfully marketing retail, real estate, and consumer products throughout the United States.  The company was founded by Sue Adamo-Carpenter in 2001, after twenty plus years of marketing over three dozen retail real estate developments and working with several hundred local and national retailers and consumer brands. Sue is a retail real estate expert and has worked for the largest retail real estate companies including Simon Property Group and General Growth Properties.

Sue is recognized as an authority in the shopping center and retail industries and has had numerous articles and interviews published including CNN, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The New York Times.  She has also been awarded the retail real estate industry’s top recognition for achievement plus has received many other advertising and public relations awards. 

Sue is also a Leadership Cobb alumni, has served on many Chamber of Commerce boards, and has provided fundraising leadership to non-profit organizations including USA Team Handball, Susan G. Komen, Girls Incorporated, and the Ft. Myers Symphony Orchestra. Sue is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and is certified in marketing through the International Council of Shopping Centers.
